Outdoor Muay Thai & Art Workshops
You can expect outdoor Muay Thai workshops (kids/parents), art workshops (kids) and a dose of retail therapy for the whole family! Shop from a curated selection of wellness products, artisanal crafts and unique finds.
Outdoor Muay Thai Workshops:
Work out a sweat and get immersed in one of the popular forms of striking techniques in the Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) world. Spearheaded by Chris Ng, a certified member of Kru Muay Thai Association, you will get an introductory preview to Muay Thai and even get to indulge in padwork to relief the stress accumulated through the work week.
A) Kids only or Adults only Muay Thai
(Sat/Sun) Session 1 | 10-10.30am
(Sat/Sun) Session 2 | 10.30-11am
B) Kid + Adult Muay Thai
(Sat/Sun) Session 3 | 11-11.30am
(Sat/Sun) Session 4 | 11.30-12pm
What you can expect per session:
- 10 minutes of briefing and movement drills
- 30 minutes of boxing and padwork with our coaches
- Classes will be conducted in pairs
- Option A - $35 per session (early bird sign ups) $50 per session (at the door)
- Option B - $45 per session (1 Parent and 1 child) (early bird sign ups) $60 per session (at the door)
- Suitable for children below the age of 12
Art Workshops:
Drawing, painting and sketching workshops for kids offer a nurturing and enriching environment where young artists can flourish. Through engaging exploration, skill development, and creative expression, kids develop a lifelong appreciation for art and unlock their creative potential. As they cultivate confidence, social skills, and a love for artistic expression, kids embark on a rewarding journey of self-discovery and personal growth that extends far beyond the workshop setting. Classes are led by talented local young artisans, suitable for ages 8 - 16 years.
Program outline for art workshop:
Session 1: Age 8 -12 years | 1.30pm - 3pm
Session 2: Age 13 -16 years | 3.30pm - 5pm
What you can expect per session:
- Drawing | Painting | Sketching
- Bring home your masterpiece
- $35/pax per session (early bird sign ups) $50 per pax per session (at the door)

Workshops & Retail Pop Ups
The Cove pop-up event combines wellness and art workshops for a wholesome experience. It features a Fitness Zone for kids and parents, art workshops led by local artisans, and curated retail pop-ups. Beyond activities and shopping, it fosters community engagement and supports local businesses.
